Grand Canyon
The Grand Canyon is one of the most amazing places on earth. Carved by the Colorado River, the cliffs of the canyon expose 2 billion years of Earth history, including Proterozoic and Paleozoic. Today, he is visited by many, and the house of one of the oldest U.S. national parks, Grand Canyon National Park. We can thank Theodore Roosevelt pushed for the preservation of this beautiful region he loved to visit.
